The formal reason for the start of the civil unrest was stolen in the elections held on 17 November 1996. A few days after the local government in Belgrade tried this big election fraud , citizens and students took to the streets and start your marathon, a four protest that ended in early spring, 1997th, and recognition results of the election victory of the opposition.
